As the future of RPG, what is the one quality you have really enhanced here?

I have become more empathetic in the last year. My job requires me to interact with colleagues from across the group, understand their unique needs and work with them to come up with solutions that work for everyone.

What book would you recommend for futureproofing companies?

The only way to futureproof companies is to continuously learn, grow and evolve with the times. The Fifth Discipline is a good book that talks about how we can convert companies into learning organisations.

What advice would you give new recruits about adopting people-centric D&I values?

I think it is important that we add another letter to D&I and start conversations around DEI (diversity, equity and inclusion). A seat at the table is not enough and as individuals we need to ensure everyone’s voice is heard.

As the future of RPG, what is the one quality you would like to enhance here?

Ingenuity. I would like to enhance my ingenuity to find radical solutions to business problems that otherwise seem insurmountable.

What movie would you recommend for futureproofing companies?

I would recommend the 2015 movie Steve Jobs starring Michael Fassbender. It is an amazing insight into one of the most brilliant minds of Silicon Valley and how he went about creating a company that aimed to build something that none of their competitors could.

What has been your favourite ‘Hello Happiness’ moment at work?

Every moment that I have spent in the beautiful Zensar Pune campus has been happiness all around.
