RPG Happiness Day is celebrated annually on the birth anniversary of our founder, Dr RP Goenka. Affectionately known as Rama babu, he made significant contributions to the country, particularly in the realms of business and philanthropy. His leadership laid the foundation for the Group's success and enduring legacy, inspiring generations to come.
RPG Happiness Day serves as a source of immense joy and jubilation among RPG's diverse workforce of over 30,000 employees, as we celebrate the values he deeply cherished - innovation, exceptional performance, camaraderie, and happiness.
This year's festivities included the RPG Innovation Festival, RPG Top Gear and EHS Awards, the launch of CEAT's 100 year celebrations as well as the final showcase of RPG’s Got Talent. These grand celebrations took place not only in Mumbai but across 40 locations worldwide.
