RPG Happiness Day is a cause for great joy and celebration across RPG’s diverse pool of 30,000+ employees. The event marking the birth anniversary of our beloved founder Dr RP Goenka celebrates all the things he cherished – innovation, outperformance, camaraderie, and happiness.
This year, RPG Happiness Day was bigger and grander than the previous years, as we emerged from the shadows of the pandemic. The celebrations included the Innovation Festival, a physical treasure hunt for happiness at RPG House in Mumbai, and awards and performances that showcased excellence and talent from across RPG at the gala Happiness Day event held in Mumbai and 40 other cities across the world.
Scintillating dance and musical performances by RPGians from across Group companies were testament to the fact that RPG’s Got Talent.
The highlight of these celebrations is undoubtedly the Top Gear Awards, which honour and recognise employees who have made a significant contribution towards realising the Group’s vision by consistently exceeding expectations through the year.
