How did you feel on winning the Top Gear award?

Very much delighted! It is a significant milestone to receive the award at the Group level, and I am grateful to the management.

How do you overcome obstacles at work?

By believing in yourself and the team. Make sure to follow the process, connect the dots and consider every challenge as an opportunity. It is very important to be positive and bring passion, commitment, agility and pace to work, to achieve success.

How did you feel on receiving the Top Gear award?

I was delighted to receive the most prestigious award of RPG Group, and felt recognised and rewarded for the efforts I have put in. I want to thank all my superiors for their guidance, and my team for their support, all of which have enabled this milestone.

What is your Hello Happiness moment at RPG?

I believe effective and transparent communication is crucial for fostering happiness at work. At HML, it is practiced at all levels. This has played a key role in maintaining a high Happiness Index in our organisation, and we continue to be a Great Place To Work.

How do you feel on receiving the award?

I was extremely overjoyed on receiving the Top Gear Award.

What is the one thing that drives you?

There are two things that continue to drive me – a great work environment and a supportive team.

What was the first thing that came to your mind on hearing that you had won the Top Gear award?

I was extremely thrilled and grateful that all the hard work and efforts I had put in over the last eight years, had yielded such sweet results. Of course, this success is equally applicable to all my cross-functional team members, without whom this dream wouldn’t have come true.

What is your Hello Happiness moment(s) at RPG?

The happiest moment is winning a critical business from a client, for which our entire team came together to ideate on the shop floor from across different functions such as Sales, Stores, Quality & Logistics.

The outcome was fantastic, and we were able to achieve the end results without any additional investment, resulting in happy customers as well as internal stakeholders.

How did you feel on winning the Top Gear award?

It has been an exhilarating and humbling experience, igniting a sense of honour, pride, motivation, and gratitude.

Who is your biggest motivation/inspiration?

Cristiano Ronaldo, for his exceptional work ethic, determination and mental strength, competitive spirit, positive mindset and resilience.
