At the heart of RPG’s mission lies a profound belief: everyone deserves the opportunity to turn their passions into purpose. We’re not just an organization; we’re dream architects and change catalysts. RPG Blizzard 2023 was a testament to this ethos, drawing over 5000 registrations and engaging 2500 participants from 20+ colleges. Through five rounds of fierce competition titled “HAPPY”, participants demonstrated their sincerity, passion, and resilience. More than a contest, it was a transformative journey of self-discovery and unwavering ambition.
The reward for winning RPG Blizzard 2023? It’s not just a sum of money or fleeting fame. It’s something far more precious: unwavering support. Financial backing, yes, together with mentorship, guidance, and access to a community of like-minded individuals who share their vision and champion their cause. The Grand Finale held at RPG House on 14th December 2023, attended by senior leaders and RPGians, saw top finalists passionately articulate their causes. The top three winners emerged from SPJIMR, IIM-Bangalore, & XLRI with one of them even attending the finale virtually. We want to highlight that we’re not just handing out cheques to the participants and sending them on their merry way. We’re investing in them — their dreams, their aspirations, their potential to change the world. Because when our participants succeed, we all succeed. Their victory is our victory, their journey our inspiration. At RPG Group, we’re committed to standing out, continually improving, and investing in young talent. They are the future of our workforce, and nurturing their dreams is our priority.
So, as we bid adieu to one chapter and eagerly await the unfolding of the next, let us recommit ourselves to making this world a better place. We hope to continue to be the wind beneath the wings of aspiring dreamers, the driving force that propels them toward greatness.

R PG Group has pledged with 1t.org, a World Economic Forum platform, to conserve, restore and grow one million trees as part of its mega plantation drive to be Nature-Positive. The group will plant one million trees by 2030 across its areas of operation in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Madhya Pradesh, West Bengal, and Rajasthan. The restoration drive will be spearheaded by RPG Foundation, the CSR arm of the conglomerate. The goal is to increase the number of trees in the area and explore ways to bring more advantages to both the community and the environment.
We are committed to sustainable growth. This tree conservation, restoration and growth drive is a testament to our dedication to environmental conservation and our contribution to the reforestation efforts of the World Economic Forum. It’s not merely a pledge to grow a million trees; it’s a promise to contribute to a cleaner and greener tomorrow for all.”
