If not pursuing corporate finance, I would have liked to be an athlete or a mountain climber, competing and representing India at a global level. Access to the large ground and swimming pool was a driver for me to go to school. I remember every race, every swim, every match that I won or lost with as much passion as I would remember every transaction that I closed or failed at, on the corporate finance side.

Transparency strengthens an organisation and is a must-have to take any corporation to a different orbit. Every member of the organisation should ooze the same vision and energy. Transparency brings in speed and efficiency – imperative aspects in today’s world, to create value and scale.
