The guest speaker at the recent edition of RPG Learning Series, held in March 2021, was Debashis Chatterjee, CEO & MD, Mindtree. In an interactive discussion with the audience, he spoke about the three most important principles that could help companies navigate a VUCA world – Declutter, Differentiate, and Change.
Debashis shed light on how businesses and priorities have shifted in a post-pandemic world, with several companies using this opportunity to innovate. He cited global examples from Chipotle’s drive-thru Chipotlanes model, Domino’s Carside delivery, Dyson Covid-19 ventilators, and contactless payments by Verizon – all of which have disrupted the industry through their clutter-breaking and innovative solutions.

RPG Group continues to work towards an equal and inclusive organisation by creating and enforcing policies that help bridge the diversity gap at work.
The group has made significant strides in the area of inclusion by providing opportunities to women who are transitioning back to the workforce after a career break. Through CEAT’s ‘Inweave’ and Zensar’s ‘Enliven’ initiatives, RPG Group has been helping debunk the myth that a career break is a life break for women in professional roles.
These initiatives focus not only on hiring women after a career break but also people with disabilities and individuals from the LGBTQ+ community, who often miss out on career opportunities despite having the skills and talent to perform in a variety of regular jobs and roles.
